Jason is married to Gina and they have 4 beautiful children. Two girls and two boys. They reside in Stillwater, MN. Jason enjoys spending time with family whether vacationing together, fishing or just hanging out at home. Jason has been in real estate for 28 years and has sold over 4,300 homes. He is an owner of 6 Keller Williams offices and a Title Company. Jason has a passion for real estate and for CRS. He has held the designation for almost 20 years and has been active on the board for the MN Chapter of CRS for 6 years.

Louetta has a true passion for real estate. Clients are her number one focus and helping them through their real estate transaction gives her great joy. Providing quality and customized service is important. No two people or their situation is alike therefore she takes the extra time to get to know you and understand your needs. Louetta has been in the real estate industry for 15 years. As an outdoor enthusiast, Louetta loves camping, hunting and fishing with her family and close friends.

Andrea Galchutt



Andrea is driven and motivated to help her clients achieve the goals, whether it’s selling a property or buying their dream home. With a background in Psychology, Andrea understands the importance of building a strong relationship with each and every client. With a legal background and over ten years in customer service experience, Andrea is able to advocate for her clients and help them achieve their real estate goals. When she isn’t helping her clients, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, road tripping across the country and traveling to new locations.

Janelle Flay

In her lifetime Janelle Flay has worn many different career hats. She started her interesting journey by joining the Army and moving away from Minnesota at 19, with the plan of seeing the world. During her military time, she lived in Korea, dealt with sensitive communications, taught Combatives, and became the Battalion headquarters office manager. After 4 years of active duty, she moved to Philadelphia and went to college with lofty goals of eventually becoming an English Literature professor. As many students do during that time, to assist with bills she lived the restaurant service life and developed a passion for bartending and mixology. Ask her to make you a gin martini sometime, they are delicious and dangerous. After earning her bachelor's Janelle joined her family in Austin TX and began applying for full time employment in a variety of fields that might appreciate an English major. This is how she fell into the hotel business and after 5 months working as a Sales Coordinator, she was offered a promotion as a Convention Services Manager for the Crowne Plaza Austin. Since then, Janelle has primarily worked in the events and hospitality world, and this is when she really fell in love with working with clients and organization. When she is not at work you can expect to find her somewhere on a bicycle both single track and road, hanging with her menagerie of rescue pets, or cooking at home. Cultivating relationships with people and working hand in hand with each client has really become one of Janelle’s passions and she is looking forward to making your time with the Jason Gorman Real Estate Team an excellent experience.

Becky Padelford



Becky has been in the real estate industry since 2000. She began as an assistant to Jason and has since been in a variety of roles with the team which include the team manager, Short sale manager, Listing specialist, Buyer specialist and executive assistant to Jason. This has provided her a wide range of experience and expertise in these areas. Becky currently resides in Maplewood. She leads a busy life. She is married and has 4 kids. Her kids are involved in many activities including Dance at Larkin, Baseball and Basketball, for Woodbury and Soccer for Saint Croix Academy. Becky loves helping people find a new place to call home.

Anna Meyer



Anna is committed to helping you achieve your real estate dreams. As a realtor she is devoted to making her clients happy. With a degree in Marketing and Communications and six years of experience in customer service, she has the knowledge to solve problems quickly and to communicate with her clients effectively. Anna’s passion for real estate stems from her background working for a real estate investor and her love for meeting new people. Outside of helping our clients she enjoys golfing, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

With a background in Healthcare as an RN for over 28 years., she knows how to advocate for her clients. She is compassionate, patient, and has strong communication skills, which her clients appreciate. Carrie Ann also has a good eye for interior decorating and can recommend great suggestions for staging your home to help it sell. Carrie Ann is knowledgeable not only of the market, she also knows the Twin Cities area well and great neighborhoods to live for different stages of one’s life. Carrie Ann has been a first-time home buyer, purchased new construction, and bought and sold property for her family throughout the east metro. Her outgoing personality, superior customer service, and negotiating skills are traits her clients remember about her. Most rewarding to Carrie Ann, are the ongoing relationships she develops with her clients. In Carrie Ann’s spare time, she treasures time she gets to spend with her family and friends. Susan Egan



I was born and raised in Minnesota graduating from Minnetonka High School. My husband and I built our first home in Eagan, MN where we resided three years with our two beautiful daughters before moving to Red Wing, MN. I saw moving to Red Wing as the perfect opportunity for us to purchase an old farmhouse with land to allow me to pursue the dream of breeding, raising, showing and selling Paint horses. Over the years we have renovated the farmhouse and are constantly working on property improvements. The farm was a perfect place to raise our family. Our oldest graduated from Red Wing High School and The University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN, while our youngest graduated from East Ridge High School in Woodbury, MN and The University of Alabama. Our extended family resides scattered throughout the Twin Cities with the majority calling Woodbury home. I love sports, animals, and travellng, but my heart’s home consist of family, faith, and friends. PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS I graduated from Minnesota State University-Mankato with a Bachelor of Science degree. After many years of working in the insurance industry, I decided the timing was right to pursue a dream of working in real estate. I am a licensed agent who knows the Twin Cities well. Really well. I’ve lived on both sides of the Mississippi, owned personal and investment property, and been a homeowner as a single person and as a parent raising a family. I'm a graduate of both the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas and the Carlson School of Management, which launched a career that has taken me to Wells Fargo, ConAgra, Hasbro, 3M, and now Keller Williams Premier Realty I'm a believer in realizing dreams and goals. One of mine was to start a local brewery. So I did. In 2014, I co-founded and helped open Insight Brewing in Minneapolis. Erik has a background in IT and fell in love with real estate when he purchased his first home in 1995. His experience purchasing a home was not great and he knew he could make a difference in the real estate world by providing an over-the-top customer experience. In his free time, Erik loves spending time outdoors, on the water and with his family
